Our Restful Sleep blend is formulated to calm your mind and body and help you have a restful night of sleep.

This well-rounded formula offers calming herbs to ease an overactive mind and lure the body into a restful sleep (without waking up groggy the next day). It's especially helpful for quieting a to-do list on repeat that keeps you from sleeping. This blend is a gentle sedative intended to make you feel relaxed and slightly sleepy - so only take it when you intend to fall asleep.

Skullcap reduces stress and insomnia, Kava Kava reduces tension and stress, Hops help ease insomnia symptoms, Passionflower helps quiet your mind, and Valerian is a gentle sedative.
