This blend supports immune + respiratory health. It's made to be taken daily as a preventative.  Elderberry is gentle yet powerful, it supports immune function and has anti-viral properties. Astragalus has the ability to tonify both under and overreactive immune systems and is commonly used for shortness of breath and reduced lung function. Reishi is traditionally used to support the immune system and tonify the lungs. Hibiscus is high in vitamin C and also yummy!
