Cold + Flu

Our Cold + Flu blend helps give the body's immune system a boost to ward off and shorten the duration of illness. 

This blend should be taken when exposed to or at the onset of illness for up to 3 days. Taking the blend longer makes it lose its effectiveness (though in no way harmful to you).

Echinacea stimulates immune response, Elderflower reduces fever and supports the immune system, Astragalus is an immune system tonic, and Monarda is antibacterial.
