This blend of herbs helps maintain healthy bacteria balance. It's helpful for those on a natural protocol for Candida overgrowth and folks prone to yeast infections.

I like to use this blend for a full month, 2-3 times a year. Eating cultured foods also helps maintain good healthy gut flora.
